Whether its about outer clutter, inner clutter or other clutter (i.e.: people!) clutter is anything that is useless and toxic to us.  This unique retreat will deal with not only outer clutter (stuff!) ... and inner clutter (thoughts, feelings, judgments) it will also deal with other clutter (i.e.. people!).  You will learn how your sense of who you are... your self concept ... affects how you shape your home, treat yourself, ...and how you relate to other people. 

You will learn the true impact of clutter in your life and how to get rid of any “stuff“, thoughts, feelings, judgments and people that get in the way of being your higher self... and the self you were meant to be!  Dr. Duffy’s retreats are always known to be informative, entertaining, uplifting, and heart warming.  You will leave with a rejuvenated sense of self, a renewed sense of hope and the energy to propel you forward.
